【Hong Kong Int'l Airport Spotting Point】～ Midfield Concourse～
香港国際空港は、ターミナルの外からだけでなくターミナル内、出発時や到着時の制限エリア内でも素敵な写真を撮ることができます。
At Hong Kong International Airport, we can enjoy airliner spotting not only from outside of airport terminal, but also from inside, I mean from restricted areas.
全てのゲートのアングルをご案内することは難しいですが、過去に撮影した画像からいくつかご案内します。
It being impossible to show all angles at each gate, but I'd like to introduce some sample photos which I took in the past.

■展望デッキな喫煙所
: Smoking Areas named Observation Deck
ミッドフィールド・コンコースには、実は3カ所外に出られる場所があります。
There are 3 places where we can stay out on Midfield Concourse. 
下記のマップのように西側、北側および南側に展望デッキと言う名の喫煙所があり、外に出られます。
As below map, there are 3 smoking areas named observation deck at north, south and west side of Midfield Concourse.
私の個人的な意見ですが、(※)結局窓があり汚い・暑い・喫煙の煙がある(喫煙所)の三重苦かつ、室内のほうが好きなアングルを探して撮影できますので、無理して行かなくても良いとは思います。
But, this is just my personal opinion that we can find better circumstance at other places, we do not need to try these 3 points. This is because of that the windows of these 3 places are not enough clean, hot or cold outside temperature, smoke from cigarettes, and so on.
特に、屋根がある分ゲート付近の窓の方が綺麗だと思います。
Especially, thanks to wide roofs, windows at gates are clearer than those of these 3 points.
ただ、確かに嫌煙家の方には地獄(喫煙所)ですが、愛煙家の方には、吸いながら撮影ができるので喫煙所は天国？な例外はあると思います。
Anyway, smoking areas should be a kind if hell for the people who dislike smoking but must be a kind of heaven for the people who love smoking because he/she can enjoy both smoking and taking photos.
■各ゲート付近: Beside gates
ミッドフィールド・コンコースも第1ターミナル同様に各ゲート付近で窓に寄れます。
As well as terminal 1, we can stay beside the windows at almost all gates. 
好きな背景や、駐機機のいない視界の開けたゲートなど、撮りやすい場所探して好きに撮ることができます。
I believe you can find your best spotting point, for example the best back, the spots (gates) without any spotting airplanes = can get wide sky, and so on. 
■撮影条件: Conditions
・窓の色: Color of the windows
色のついていない、または、薄い窓もありますが、一部の窓には青緑がかった色がついている場合がありますので、Rawで撮影して、後で直しましょう。
Most of the windows seem to have no color or have light color but there are some with strong blue green colors, we should take photos at Raw and adjust the colors later.
・光線状況: Sun light conditions
ミッドフィールド・コンコースが南北に伸びていますので、午前と午後で順光・逆光が入れ替わります。
Midfield Concourse lies north and south; sun light conditions should be different from morning and afternoon.

Taking control towers from its right front.
⇧東側をタキシングする機体と管制塔を撮影✨
Taking the plane taxing on the east side with control tower back.
⇧西側をタキシングする貨物機を撮影✨
Taking cargos taxing west side✨
⇧南側の貨物ターミナルに駐機中の機体も撮れます✨
We also can see the spotting planes at south side cargo terminal. ✨
⇧25Lに到着する機体ですが、ガラスに対して斜めにレンズを向けるので、ピントが合いません(｡•́︿•̀｡)
Taking a 25L landing, facing lenses from to the glasses, I could not get focus to the airplane. (｡•́︿•̀｡)
■注意事項その他: Attention and other info
・長居に注意: Be careful of staying long
特に自分の便のゲートから離れた位置で撮影していて、撮影に集中するあまり、最終搭乗案内の時間が来て、放送で自分の名前が呼ばれるなんてこともあるかもしれません。
When you take photos on the departure floor, concentrating spotting too much may cause the case that, especially staying another gate which is far from your gate, makes your name announced after your flight final call.
搭乗開示時間はしっかり確認の上、遅れないようこまめに時間は確認しましょう。
To avoid such cases, please do not forget your flight boarding time and to check time regularly.
・身の回り品に注意
: Please always watch your belongings
ゲート付近で撮影される場合は椅子などの上に荷物を置いて撮影される場合もあるかもしれませんが、目を離しがちになるので、身の回り品は目の届く自分の側に置き、盗まれないようにしましょう。
When you take photos beside the gates, you may put your belongings on the benches but taking your eyes off from them must be dangerous.
To avoid them stolen, please always keep them beside you.
また、到着時も撮影に集中して、入国したら、手荷物ベルトコンベアで自分の荷物だけがグルグル回っていたり、横にどかされているなんてこともあります。
And when you stay on the arrival floor, I mean when you enter Hong Kong, you may find your baggage be on the belt conveyor alone or be moved beside.
時間帯によっては入国のパスポートチェックも列が長い場合もありますので、速やかに入国しましょう。
There sometimes can be seen long queue for the passport check, I believe, I recommend you finish spotting quickly.
