When I lived in Japan, I often went to “かつ屋(Katsuya)*” and they opened some in Hong Kong. I remember I got really happy to know it. The size I usually order is 竹(Bamboo)**,,,,,SORRY! I told a lie,,, I usually order 松(Pine)**(←Just I am a foodie(-∀-))
*かつ屋(Katsuya) is Japanese food chain restaurant specialized for pork cutlet
**The size of pork cutlet on rice for order is called 梅(Plum)=Small, 竹(Bamboo)=Medium, 松(Pine)=Large
。。。すいません、話題はその竹じゃないです(でもかつ屋は大好きです←大事☆)
