ショッキングなニュースが入ってきました。
『ターミナル拡張のため、香港国際空港第2ターミナルが2019年11月29日から2024年まで閉鎖になるそうです』
I have just found shocking news.
“Terminal 2 of Hong Kong International Airport will be closed for its expantion from 29th Nov 2019 to 2024”
既に現段階で、デモ対策で空港にはチケットを持った搭乗客以外は入れない状態で、スカイデッキは開いているかもかどうかも分かりませんが、ターミナルには入れない状態が続いているのですが、デモ対策が終わっても2024年まで入れないことが判明しました。
As you know, for against demonstrations, we cannot enter terminals now becasue only passangers who have airtickets can enter and we cannot even know SkyDeck is opened or now but it means after demonstrations get solved we cannot enter there until 2024.
端的に言えば、早くても2024年まではスカイデッキからは撮影ができないということです(><)
In short, we cannot take photos from SkyDeck until 2024 at earliest(><)

概要としては、現在工事中の第1ターミナルの拡張が11月28日に終わるので、拡張部分に第2ターミナルのチェックインカウンターとその他ホテルの送迎やリムジンバス等が移動して、第2ターミナルは2024年まで閉鎖という流れだそうです。
For summary of it, extention of Termianl 1, where is now under construction will be completed on 28th Nov. And check-in counters and limousine and hotel couch services will move there and, after their move, Terminal 2 will be closed until 2024.
拡張は第3滑走路後の新体制に向けたものだそうで、拡張完了後は、出発も到着両方備えたターミナルになるそうです。
This expantion is for new airport arrangememts with 3rd runways, Terminal 2 will have both fanctions departures and arrivals.
