11月18日に参加しました『三跑道系統十公里國際賽(Three-Runway System 10km International Race)』について、本日は応募〜当選・登録の様子をご紹介(◍•ᴗ•◍)
As of 『三跑道系統十公里國際賽(Three-Runway System 10km International Race)』, which I attended on 18th Nov, today I'd like to report what happened on the applications, election and registration. (◍•ᴗ•◍)

事前のニュースですが、参加予定枠は
The first recruiting news said they estimated the participants as below
・3km→2,000人(2,000 runners)
・5km→2,000人(2,000 runners)
・10km→8,000人(8,000 runners)
(車いす枠30人分もあり: Additional 30 for wheelchair runners）
合計1万2030人分
Total 12,030 runners estimated
を予定し、応募多数の場合は抽選となりました。
And they also said there would be some ballots if more people applied.
一緒に申し込んだ香港人の同僚も何人かは落選していたので、枠を上回る応募はあったと思います。
I heard some of my colleagues who had applied at same time were not elected, I believe there were some ballots applied.

From 2:00.p.m. on 23rd Sep to 7:00.p.m on 27th Sep
当選発表は
10月1日でした。
And ballot result was reported on
1st Oct
なお、同3日までに手続きを行わなかった当選者がいた場合辞退とみなされ、同6日に再抽選がありました。
And the elected applicants who have not completed the registration by 3rd Oct were regarded as resigned and additional ballots were conducted .

電話番号が8桁しか入らないので、今は香港の携帯は持ってないし、古い番号とか入れて、大事なSNSを受け取れないなんて事態も困るから、正直？に外国人枠で応募しました(◍•ᴗ•◍)💦
I found only 8 digits phones number were accepted, already having returned my Hong Kong phone number, in case for that I cannot receive important SNS massages, I gave it up and applied as a foreigner. (◍•ᴗ•◍)💦

さて、幸運にも1日に下記の当選メールが届きました(≧▽≦)❣️❣️
Then it was quite happy to me I received below election mail on 1st Oct. (≧▽≦)❣️❣️

上記の通り10月1日に発表後、3日までに登録と支払いが完了しなかったら当選が取り上げられて再抽選になるので、急がなきゃです。
As I have described before, all elected applicants needed to register and finish payment by 3rd Oct, I needed to be in hurry.
ちなみに、自分は一緒に当選した同僚からのLINEでこの登録締め切り気づきましたが、彼のLINEなかったら即死でした(・∀・;) 💦💦
Anyway, I could know this deadline thanks to the LINE massage from one of my colleagues who also was elected. Otherwise, I might get instant death. (・∀・;)💦💦

登録したら、Tシャツのサイズや健康状態を記入して、支払いをしました(◍•ᴗ•◍)
For required registration, I filled in the forms as below, select the official T-shirt size and declared health conditions, and payment the fares.(◍•ᴗ•◍)
